34. Reduce Generator Randomness

Cause the environments used to generate the pseudo-random numbers to have less randomness than they are assumed to have.
Then they will generate poor random numbers without having to do anything special.
- Example: PGP in a “virtual machine” environment
- Example: Control the factors that produce the PRN
