39. Disrupt Session Keys

Disrupt the private key distribution process so that session keys cannot be distributed.
- Send a ‘RST’ packet in most IP systems and the private (session) key distribution will fail.
- These packets can be ‘open loop’
- They can have forged IP addresses
- They can be directed against large-scale servers
