The DOC IT Security Program is established in compliance with the "Computer Security Act of 1987," Public Law 100- 235, OMB Circular A-130, Appendix III, "Security of Federal Automated Information Systems," National Security Directive (NSD) 42, "National Policy for the Security of National Security Telecommunications and Information Systems" and Departmental Organizational Order DOO 20-14.
