Subject: DTK Multi-Homed Operational
Date: Tue, 20 Jul 1999 15:25:36 -0700 (PDT)

I have just gotten DTK to operate properly on and log multi-homed hosts.
This currently permits logging of the destination host as well as the
source host on deceptions. Coming soon - multi-deceptions based on to
IP addresses. This will enable large-scale deceptions with different
port configurations and responses for different hosts within the
simulated network. The new release is available at all.net - a yet
newer release will be made available in the coming day to reflect the
large-scale deception idea. Please note - the newer generations of DTK
are designed primarily to operate on Linux hosts for the present. When
we get the multi-homed large-scale deceptions working on Linux, we will
look at porting issues - one step at a time.
