             I am just a citizen interested in IT and have no special background other

than medicine.  I have a question that I have not seen dealt with anywhere.

The US is dealing with the Y2K problem and the military has dealt with it

also. What about other countries? Do they have a Y2K problem too?  Isn't

there technology based if not stolen from us? Will their missiles and

systems be working correctly?
