As per the request in the Welcome Message:
My name is Deanne Carp and I am currently a
graduate student pursuing an MS in Criminal
Justice. I am in my last semester of classes
and therefore am about to make the shift from
classwork to thesis work.
My main area of interest is critical
infrastructure protection, with particular
interests in terrorism, information and
infrastructure warfare, and computer security.
As of right now, my thesis will deal with
business continuity and computer security
planning in the telecommunications sector and
the implications for critical infrastructure
protection.
Currently, I am completing a self-created
directed study course on information warfare,
which will culminate in a guest lecture on the
topic before an undergraduate Corporate Security
and Loss Prevention class. My web site [which

have written for this directed study, as well as
for other classes - two of them explore
definitions of iwar.
