A Defense Department study on how international law could be
applied to the military's use of information operations (IO)

Thieves steal Egypt secrets... on floppy
Top-secret oil, gas, uranium reserves information put onto
disks for easy removal. Egyptian police are investigating
a highly serious, albeit low-tech, computer crime involving
the theft of floppy disks containing highly sensitive
information on the country's national resources from
laboratories at Cairo University.
