According to senior US defense officials, the US Pentagon considered
launching cyber attacks on Serbian networks last spring, but decided
against taking such action in light of the uncertainties regarding cyber
warfare's place amid the rules of armed conflict.

A National Security Agency (NSA) official has said that Russia has not
cooperated fully with the investigation into the "Moonlight Maze"
intrusions, a series of attacks in which sensitive but unclassified U.S.
