Hello gentlemen (& ladies I assume?),

My guess is that they (the 'less than' group) were mostly the American contingent, unless 'they' included the IWAR type of 'able to leap tall central processors in a single click' group.

Consensus in European-based conferences such as this *could be* spelled 'job security.' I write this not to insult anyone, but after observations of IGO movement towards concrete results in several spheres, there are interminable delays while 'national interests' are vetted against the 'common goals.' (thus the conference attendees see, perhaps unjustifiably, an avenue through which they can get out of their offices more often!)

One can hope that there will be solutions proposed and accepted in this calendar year. My interest remains in the post-damage aspects of multi-jurisdictional legal recourse.
