Hello Fred and all other fellow iwar-collegues !

After monitoring the list for a year or so, its time for me to "get out of
the closet". Fred has on several occations requested us to do so and
recently some have - good.

I am an army officer from Norway working at our staff college.
In my primary job, iw is "none of my business", but i am generally
interested in new tecnologies and internet.
Among my collegues at the college the discussion about iw goes steadily
forward, but we have just started !

On your homepage Fred, you have established a sub-site about iw in the
middle east - a very interesting and current topic.
What about having several such sub-sites: The iw development in China,
Russia and so on.
I appreciate Freds news-letters, but would also like to follow some topics
in more detail, and over a period of time.
Is it possible to have a iw e-group homepage? Its kind of bothersome to
communicate by mail ???

Well, thats all for now - i wrote this without spellchecking, please bare
over with my norwegian-english.

Yours

John E Hybertsen

Assistant lecturer
Royal Norwegian Armed Forces Staff College
