I'm in the process right now of relocating 7Pillars Partners (www.7pillars.com)
to a new server, and once I have that up, I was going to open a slashcode-based
discussion forum. That should be able to facilitate the sorts of discussions
that, perhaps, don't seem to emerge on mailing lists (having run an IWAR list
prior to Fred, I understand the difficulties associated with it).

Also, if you go to http://www.terrorism.com/documents/unrestricted.pdf when you
have a moment, you'll see the update on Chinese thinking about 'unrestricted
warfare.' The translation isn't that bad.

A few years back, I spoke at the Austrian Infowar Symposium, and was highly
entertained by both the Chinese (Shen Weiguang) and Russian (Igor Panarin)
approach. That's probably a discussion best taken off a public list, however.
