The best way to eliminate strong encryption is to deregulate it and
encourage everyone and their brother to go into the business.  Strange
but true.  Here's the thing...  The more encryption businesses there are
out there, the larger the percentage of them will have foolish
implementation or design errors that go undetected for a long time.  In
addition, it helps those who break encryption because they can hire more
less skilled people and have more successes!  Win - Win!
