Hi all.
Today one of our officers hosted a meeting at a local park, where
representatives of the mayor's office, and several divisions within
the Department of Public Works showed up and instructed the community
on ways to obtain quality of life issues resolved.

Three individuals (two male Blacks and a female Black) wearing
black/white camouflage BDU's began disrupting the meeting by making
hateful, anti-police statements at the officers present. These
individuals identified themselves as being members of the "Black
Riders Liberation Party" and they passed out a newsletter to some of
the people at the meeting. Later, they were seen at a housing
project trying to recruit the local gangsters.

The newsletter contains 60's and 70's style language threatening to
take the "war" to the "pigs." These individuals were complaining of
police action at a nearby housing projects against the local Blood
gang, as being an attempt to keep the Black man down. The newsletter
contains drawings of "pigs" wearing police uniforms being stabbed in
the back by "citizens" walking up on them during traffic stops or
other police contact. There are also drawings of the "pigs" being
ambushed by a figure using an AK-47.
