Right. I am sorry. We had handouts in Europe as early as the 1910's and
1920's,
So I am a little surprised that it is new to the US. But so be it,
I am willing to accept that lesson from you.

Here in Europe, "politcally" motivated handouts are a common thing.
It would result in "DoSing" the list if we reported every three
misguided persons distributing newsletters. So, previous to your remark
I considered it preferable to report only more widespread phenomena,
e.g. co-ordinated handouts campaigns or similar.
Again my apologies for being narrow minded.
