I had written the article in early October 2000, but it was published 
by the Hindustan Times India only on 19 December 2000. Meanwhile 
www.fuckindia.com had been taken down, and is now not traceable. 
www.fuckindia.org is controlled by Harkat ul mOs, which has since 
attacked several Indian government websites. Its content changes 
frequently, but the "instructions for cracking into Indian government 
websites" have been taken down.
