This is a somewhat strange request for this forum. Since this is an
unclassified forum, the 'everything' will be essentially restricted to
things published in newspapers and things intentionally leaked by
governments. Nevertheless, we can make decent some guesses as to the
reality.
I will start the ball rolling by suggesting that they use the Internet
for communicaitons and to generate perceptions in support of their
positions. The is generally in the form of off-the-shelf web servers
and steganography/encryption products. They also probably use
encrypting radios and similar technologies for communications.
Their intelligence capability seems heavily oriented toward finding
targets for bombings. They may occasionally be expected to lure
innocents with information technology, but it seems unlikely that they
have the capability or the intent to launch any serious information
warfare attack against any substantial target. They have historically
been able to cordinate only a small number of activities at one time,
and the logistics alone of a serious information warfare attack seems
beyond the scope of their capabilities today.
They could buy such a capability from others, (e.g., Russian expatriots
with special expertise) but their resources are somewhat limited and it
seems unlikely that they would spend them on serious information warfare
capabilities. They may purchase an explosive device capable of knocking
out computer systems in some radius, but they would more likely use
larger explosives and kill more people rather than killing computers.
These are, of course, only guesses. For $100,000 and in 45 days I can
generate much better guesses. Consider that an invitation to send
cash...
