I chose the topic of hackers and information operations, simply because the hacker community is developing the capabilities, but not getting a handle on intentions or structure. Rather than have the hacker community sucked into some weird vortex of thought that would be hostile (to individual freedom, to national security, etc.), I thought some friendly education might be in order. The presentation is very 'lite'--a much-diluted version of what I train clients in, but it still gets across the basic concepts. Enjoy it, and obviously I welcome comments, questions, flames, etc. www.7pillars.com/papers/HackerIO.zip Michael Wilson Managing Partner, 7Pillars Partners www.7pillars.com ------------------ http://all.net/ Your use of Yahoo!
