I an not sure about the reference to the NY 747 Fred, but I can tell you
that this with drastically alter the controls and usage of airports and
controlled airspace in the US if not internationally. I foresee a bigger
impact on air carrier operations  than during the hijacks of the 1960's and
1970's when I was in commercial aviation.
