I heard the report. The Ukraine denies conducting missile tests. So..."who
was" and "was it a test in fact" are the questions of the moment.

On radio KGO, ABC News reported that a Russian airliner, on a Tel Aviv to
Siberia (?) route, crashed into the Black Sea. There are conflicting
reports that it may have been hit by a missile, mistakenly (?) launched
from the Ukraine, which is currently conducting military field exercises in
the area.
