I was under the impression that al Jazeera was a "relatively moderate" 
Arabic station.  Secretary of State Colin Powell was invited, and gave an 
interview on al Jazeera that was aired recently on BBC.

Sure, compared to CNN, they will appear extremist to most US viewers.

But I am led to understand that they air both pro and anti 
Arabic-Government views.

Correct me if I'm mistaken.
