KABUL. Taliban today dismissed US claims to have inflicted serious damage on its 
military infrastructure and Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda network in Afghanistan. "The 
US attacks might have had some effect but not more than 10 percent of our capability 
has been destroyed," Abdul Hanan Hemat, told AFP.
