I hope you understood, I was being rather facetious there.  I find such 
naked "preemption" dubious.  Almost every "naked" attack upon another can 
be justified, seemingly, by arguing "preemptive strike".

I too often rely upon sarcasm as obvious.  Not the best form of communication.
