Fred, do you have a current charter for [iwar]?  When I subscribed, I
thought we'd all participate in a roundtable discussion of information
warfare & whatnot.  I miss those heady days when MAGLAN offered interesting
commentary and we all got to chime in with deep thinking.  Now I see little
more than a high-traffic newsclipping service.

No offense, but I didn't come here to read the funny pages.  I came here to
debate.  Perhaps you could create an [iwar-news] and let us return to the
original charter?
