Professors hash out emergency response,
cyberterrorism strategies. Although the potential
for cyberterrorism continues to grow, terrorist
groups now use the Internet more to distribute
information about attacks rather than to carry
them out, Georgetown University information
security expert Dorothy E. Denning told a
crisis management group yesterday.

If your e-mail box is already besieged by unwanted
salutations and solicitations, brace yourself =97 the

onslaught?

Kid Porn Case a Cautionary Tale -- Part 5
It's been nearly seven years since Larry Benedict
was accused of swapping child porn, but his reluctant
trek through the criminal justice system is far from
over. The 44-year-old Xerox engineer's first brush
with the law came when a squad of federal and state
police ransacked his home in February 1995, looking
for illicit photographs. After three or four hours,
they carted off over two-dozen postal bins filled
with floppy disks, computer equipment and even his
stereo system.
