Fred,

I concur with YOUR analysis.  I find it incredible that so-called 
"intelligent" people can write such lame and insipid paragraphs.  The 
"STRATFOR" report is "obviously not in compliance" with any logical 
assessment of the linkage between hypotheses, and the conclusions that 
might reasonably be drawn from them.  No attempt is even made, which is 
your first clue that the report is not intended to elicit thoughtful 
consideration, but rather to press a pre-established agenda.
