I received a call from Ken Nolan, a Hollywood screenwriter (?).
He is working for Disney on a script which will, to some degree, deal
with IW issues. He is interested in talking with any and all with
appropriate expertise. He is also interested in wargaming. His e-mail
address is "nolan@mci.newscorp.com" I told him that he could get some
excellent info from this group. I hope you won't make a liar out of me.
He sounded friendly enough and seemed willing to learn. He realizes he
knows nothing about this issue.

Hmmm, this is probably the same project I was approached about last
December. Disney's Hollywood Pictures division approached me for ideas
and leads. At that time they were working on a new (last one was in
1983) "Wargames" movie. I pointed out that the last one ("Wargames"),
although it did well at the boxoffice, was bogus in most of its
particulars and more people today knew that. We discussed some
"inforwar" type approaches and I gave them a list of people in the
wargames business that might help them. Actually, I told them I'd give
them the list if I could do it via email. They had to scramble to find
someone on their staff who had an eamil account. Kinda low tech for a
high tech movie.

Welcome to Fantasy Land....
