Computers are PROPERTY (in spite of what some of the AI fringe would
have us believe), as is the data stored in those computers.  If someone
attacks my property, I have every right to defend it with whatever
non-lethal (and that varies from location to location) means necessary. 
In certain situations, it is REQUIRED BY LAW that I defend it. 

Just as a free man has the obligation to take care of "his own", so does
the system administrator.
