Keeping Promises

Debtors make many promises, and so do good bill collectors. The big difference is that, whereas debtors often fail to fulfill their promises, good collectors never fail to fulfill their promises. A typical debtor will say something like ``I'll send in my check by next Tuesday'', or ``I returned that months ago'', and in most cases, they believe they are telling the truth, but they often forget to send in their check, or didn't actually return the item until very recently. A good bill collector always fulfills promises. If a good bill collector says ``If I don't receive your payment in Thursday's mail, I will add interest and penalties'', you can bet your bottom dollar that after processing Thursday's mail, if you haven't paid, the charges will be added. Once a debtor understands that the collector keeps promises, they are much more likely to keep their promises.

/'s tiny experts keep the promises the user makes and knows when debtors don't keep their promises. They track the expected arrival time of each payment and activity, and if any date is missed, they immediately take action on your behalf. If you tell a tiny expert to arrange a call back in 3 days, it will script a call the day you told it to. If you promised to start a lawsuit unless a payment arrived by Wednesday, and the payment doesn't arrive on time, the tiny expert will write the letter to your lawyer to start the legal action. There's never a question about taking timely action.
