In order for /'s tiny experts to be effective, you must provide them with accurate and up-to-date information on a regular basis. /s effectiveness depends on how much time and effort you put into using it regularly, and the attitude you take toward collecting bills.

We provide libraries so that each collection case can be handled according to the particular situations. We include `Instlmnt' for installment plans, `Agency' for agency collections, `Company' for companies collecting from consumers, `Bustobus' for businesses collecting from other businesses, `Charity' for charities collecting from pledged donors, and `Club' for clubs collecting member dues. You can also edit all of the scripts and letters for your personal taste, but we advise against it. These files are in the subdirectories of `Letters' and `Scripts' and have the file extension `CAP' and `PRO'.

We have checked all of our standard letters and phone scripts with lawyers and other experts to help assure that they provide a professional and proper collection process. We urge you to consider changes very seriously.

Throughout this manual, we assume that agency based collections are being performed because they are the most stringent both in terms of legal regulations and how adversarial the process tends to be. In club memberships and charities, the situation is of course quite different. The / procedures for these types of cases reflect these differences.
