The Red Teaming Experience

The Hands-On Red Teaming Experience

A unique opportunity to join experienced professionals as they engage in a red-teaming exercise against targets with varying degrees of protection.

Good Morning Mr. Phelps:

... Your mission - should you decide to accept it - is to use cyber-attack techniques to understand the vulnerabilities of your own systems, demonstrate select attacks and their consequences, convince management that cyber attack is serious business, figure out what would make your own attack techiques harder to do and less effective, and implement those protection measures cost effectively over time.

If any of your redteam members are caught or killed - they will be perfectly safe.
This is only an exercise.

The Deal:

People with proper backgrounds and skills, can participate in a group experience as a member of a team of about 10 people - some experienced experts - others trainees. They will do all of the steps required to red-team a real system, and launch actual attacks against a system designated for the red teaming exercise.

The experience runs over a 5-day period and includes:

  • Background briefing and context
  • Intelligence gathering activities
  • Attack planning and contingencies
  • Tool research and acquisition
  • Tool testing and practice sessions
  • Actual attacks against targets
  • Effectiveness assessment and outbriefing
This is a high-intensity activity requiring your full attention for the duration of the exercise.

Costs, TimeFrames, etc.:

Experiences are currently limited to one per quarter, and team sizes are limited. For organizations wishing to stand up a full red team group, special experiences can be scheduled with their organization providing the targets. All necessary tools will be provided.

Costs are currently $10,000 per person - everything included. Reservations and purchase orders are required well in advance. Background checks and written authorization from parent organizations are mandatory for all participants. Sceduling and location will be determined - at the mutual consent of the participants - after enough participants are signed up. Details of these exercises are strictly confidential.

No other kind of cyber attack and defense training can match this experience.
