I have, at various times, defined Red Teaming for my customers as:

	Finding vulnerabilities at the request of defenders 
                   With full knowledge and consent 
                   Without out harmful side effects 
                  In systems, not just in computers 
               Reporting all findings to the defenders 
               Keeping client information confidential 
              Reporting the implications of the results 

Does anyone else have any thoughts on other definitions they have heard or used?
