This is The Decider - Minimal operations only mode:
Your browser needs to run Java to use this application.

• download it by "right clicking" on the "download it" and doing a "Save-As" or whatever your browser uses to save files,
• Save the ".jar" file to your desktop or somewhere else convenient.
• If your computer renames it to something else or tries to "unzip" it, don't let it unzip, name it back to "Decider.jar"
• And run it using Java directly on your computer by:
  • For OSX or properly configured Linux: double clicking on it
  • For Windows: right click on the jar file and run it with the java run time environment
  • For command line folks, from the proper directory: java -jar ChatClient.jar
