 I find while reading all the news items on InfoWar, hacking activities, etc,
etc, ad nauseum that at least two things are clear:
 
1.  The US Government is at least as confused as it has ever been on this
topic, and all its knee-jerk reactions to through money at a problem (and
thus make it go away), are going to confuse things further by ensuring that
clear, well-organised, direct action is continually avoided at all costs.
 
2.  That the truly damaging activity is still not openly disclosed, except
for the type caused in #1 above.
