I tried to use safeweb on my machine, and while it worked, the url
history log still indicated which websites I had visited. It simply
pre-appended the safeweb url. ie. safeweb.com::othersite.com

So while its good for surfing, if a person is investigated, and
his/her home is raided, then authorities are still going to be able
to determine which web sites were visited.

Doesn't seem particularly safe to me.
