So, let me get this straight.  It is NOT against U.S. law to break
into the power grids and 911 emergency systems of American cities?

Thanks for clearing that up, I wasn't sure.

If these "hackers" had accidently triggered power outages or dispatch
failures resulting in mortalities, well, sorry about that, I guess.
