The tool will be used for training needs analysis and will help organizations ensure that all of their employees, regardless of occupation, department, or technical background, won't unknowingly undermine their information security efforts. I'm looking for individuals, organizations, and consultants in network security, competitive intelligence, and systems administration to help develop the instrument. Participation will involve one or two short interviews via the telephone or via email, followed by a final review of the competencies for content and accuracy. In return for your help, we'll offer either a consulting fee for your time, or a copy of the assessment instrument to use as you wish. If you're interested and would like more information, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
