PS- The joke in this all is cyber budgets will not be
too big and we can get the best people to work on this
problem if DOD handles it right.  But, when was the
last time DOD handled anything right without being
told to handle it.  It does require political support
from the top to get  anything like this going.  NDM
will get it money and people even if the technology
has never been tested. I am betting money and people
for IWAR will  not happen for a loooooong time. Short
sighted fools.
