 Following Pervez Musharraf s pledge to support the US-led alliance (and
their threats of military action against so-called Islamic
Fundamentalists supposedly harbouring Usama Bin Laden) Mullah Omar of
the Taleban has responded by promising an all-out Jihad against those
who would fight them including the enemies support and alliance (i.e. 
the Pakistani army).  Cajoled by Western leaders into believing that the
US are on a crusade of good against evil (aided by their media jingoism
and exploitation of the victims cries for retribution) tragically the
accusing finger has yet again been pointed at Islam and Muslims and war
now seems inevitable. 

Far from fighting terrorism, something which the US in fact actively
supports through the Israelis and the IRA etc&amp; the real motive for
this imminent aggression is more credibly to ensure that the Taleban do
not succeed to establish the Khilafah (i.e.  an Islamic State where the
law and order is Islam), to control the nuclear capability of Pakistan
(currently on its list of Terrorist states) and to establish economic
interests with China.  Indeed if Terrorism is defined as the systematic
use of violence and intimidation to achieve political ends [Collins
Dictionary] than US foreign policy in Panama, in Iraq, in Palestine
etc&amp;etc&amp; fits the description of the terrorists much more
readily than those Muslims struggling to liberate Muslim land under
occupation such as Chechnya and Kashmir! Unless of course Terrorism is
just an excuse to justify exploitation and further hegemony (note the
cases of Nelson Mandela and Yasser Arafat, both terrorists until the
Western regimes interests shifted and they subsequently became known as
freedom fighters!)

In the present case however it seems that the US-led alliance has
miscalculated in their attempts to separate the Taleban from Pakistan. 
After all more than 80% of the ruling Taleban are of Pakistani origin
themselves, having studied there, trained there and even having the
scholars that they refer to there! In fact the support for the Taleban
within Pakistan is nothing other than phenomenal!! One such supporter,
Sufi Muhammad near the Afghan border pledged that the 100 s of thousands
of fighters under him would fight the US if and when Afghanistan is
attacked.  Moreover well-trained Jihadi organisations such as Lashkari
Tayebah and Harakat Muhammad have thousands of their own soldiers with
the Taleban, cementing further the links between Pakistan and the
Taleban.  Not to forget that the Afghan Mujahideen have already survived
the onslaught of two superpowers i.e.  the British and the Soviet Union. 
The only plausible analysis must therefore be that the Taleban will not
only survive the US-led alliance but Muslims throughout the Indian
sub-continent will give the US-led forces a shock that will make the
calamity of New York seem small in comparison. 

The Taleban are Muslims working for the establishment of the Shari ah
and Muslims in the East and West therefore have an obligation to support
them.  As for those who have genuine differences with them, they must
not commit the grave crime of supporting the US-led alliance, since the
alliance are openly an enemy to Islam and Muslims.  In the eventuality
that the American forces launch attack against Taleban, the divine
verdict already expounded by the Scholars of Islam is that the military
and government buildings, the war machine and the soldiers of the
alliance will all become legitimate targets for Muslims wherever they
are in the world and they must be fought against.  Further, if the
Pakistani army or Massouds forces give support to this alliance of evil
against the Taleban, then Muslims must fight them too since they will
then be part of the enemy: Verily Allah (SWT) says clearly in the Qur
an: O ye who believe! Take not for protectors/alliance your fathers and
your brothers if they love disbelief above belief: if any of you do so
they are part of them [EMQ 9:23] and Do not ally with the unbelievers
rather than believers.  [EMQ 4:139] and Allah forbids upon you O
believers to give the upper hand to the disbelievers.  [EMQ 4:141]

O Muslims, stand together and unite our Ummah to fight against the
enemies of Allah (SWT) and his Messenger Muhammad in this time of need. 
The Book of Allah calls you, the Ummah cries for your help and Paradise
awaits you.  Verily, Allah (SWT) orders you in the Qur an: Go and fight,
young or old and sacrifice your wealth and life in order to get paradise
[EMQ 9:41] and Fight the Mushriks all together the way they fight you
all together.  [EMQ 9:36]

O Muslims, do not stop your supplications against the foolish ventures
of the likes of Bush and Musharraf, for they will of a surety fail and
face a surprise at the hands of the Mujahideen.  It is time that we made
a clear and unambiguous distinction between haq and batil, between Imaan
and Kufr, between oppressors and the oppressed, between the alliance of
Shaytaan and that of Allah (SWT)&amp;
