If I had to guess, the State Dept will make sure that the report is
never issued as a public matter.  And I do not believe that the events
of 11 Sept had little to due with it.
Egyptair is the flagship airline of a nation and religion and politics
will keep a very stright forward incident from becomming a matter where
the US will make first, or last comment given the incident occured
outside of U.S. territory.
