I think that the reason you see so much PM in this war has more to do
with the players.  There is plenty of technical potential, and the US is
certainly trying to use it wherever possible (not that they tell me),
but the typical 'terrorist cell' gets more bang for the buck and
requires less technical skill in blowing things up or dumping checmicals
into buildings than by trying subtle computer attacks.
