Reads that way to me too. Hmmm... Why the Secretary of
COMMERCE, anyway? As a (now-relocated) "DC Brat,"
Commerce is the LAST department who should be
enforcing digital security standards. Commerce and
technology are two totally different beasts--or are
they?
