I guess for as bad as things are here, at least they are better than the
security mess overseas. I guess if the russians could lock their systems
down, we wouldn't have so many compromised russian boxes hacking the US. ;)

So so...  They actually do a much better job for the money than most
other teams I have seen, but the only real way to emulate a foreign
government is to pay what it costs to do the job right and from their
perspective.  Nobody really wants to know.
