Speaking of disinformation (or subversion of information), in "defacement land" we saw an interesting "edit" of several newspaper Web sites a while back. Adam Penenberg wrote about it in Inside.com: http://www.thestandard.com/article/0,1902,19219,00.html While this was more obvious then true disinformation, it was still further ahead of many full-page Web defacements we had seen and if these publications can be compromised and have obvious changes made to an article without effecting it's look and feel, then subtle changes can be made as well. -- B.K.
