About 5 years ago we used this in conjunction with other attacks in a
strategic game. The idea was to cut off the alternative communications
and use this to alter the political situation nationwide. WE added
disinformation, faking politicians in broadcasts, misassociation things
to a third party, etc. Very very nasty stuff.
