The / submenu is used to manually perform operations on a single case that are normally performed automatically on a whole series of cases based on case status. This menu allows you to send any letter or make any call on any case, which can be quite hazardous! For example, if we send the wrong letter on an agency case at the wrong time, we could be sued for harassment.

The / selection allows you to specify a case and a letter from the appropriate letters library to be sent regarding that case.
The / selection allows you to specify a case and a call from the appropriate script library to be performed on that case. Note that the scripts libraries include many scripts that are used in other scripts, and that these are not differentiated. It is easy to make a mistake!
The / and / selections store and fetch individual copies of tiny experts, one per file. This is handy for demonstrations and for testing out engines and other operations, but is almost never useful for the average user.
