These MKULTRA hearings took place in the U.S. at a time when there was a greater measure of openness on this subject. At the present time, in the context of the ongoing MKULTRA-type human rights abuses taking place in this country, these files are being actively suppressed. To my knowledge, this "MKULTRA website", is the only known Internet posting of the complete MKULTRA dossiers in America.
